FY25 Reporting Excess Personal Property in PPMS (04/29/2025, 11 a.m. CST)

Learn how to report excess personal property in the Personal Property Management System (PPMS). This class focuses on the basics of reporting property in PPMS, including selecting the correct property type and writing effective property descriptions. The class will also showcase system features such as photo uploading and editing, requesting changes to the surplus release date, managing agency contact information, and best practices for submitting multiple reports. 

This free 1-hour virtual training will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 11 a.m. CST (Central Standard Time).

• This training is open to federal employees, military personnel, DOD civilian employees, and federal agency contractors. 
• Attendees will earn 1 Continuous Learning Point for their participation. 
• Upon registering, you will receive an email confirmation with a personal login link for joining the scheduled training. Please save this email to easily join the meeting at its scheduled time. 
• The training is facilitated in Zoom for Government. ZFG may not be compatible with everyone's system, so please test your connection early.
